LEAD DEVELOPER

Lead Ruby on Rails Developer – Opportunity to advance to Chief Technology Officer

We are looking for a Lead Developer that will advance to the Chief Technology Officer to continue to build our web application. For today and beyond.

Required skills and requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of Ruby on Rails experience. Rails version 3 or later. We are using Rails 4 with Ruby 2.1. There’s not a huge difference between Rails 3 and 4, but someone with just Rails v2 experience will NOT work.
  • Experience with rSpec, a testing framework used with Rails
  • Familiarity with Bootstrap
  • Experience with jQuery and javascript
  • Experience with MySQL
  • Experience with git / github
  • Mobile application experience a plus
  • DevOps (managing server, web server etc)
  • HIPAA experience

MARKETING DEMAND GENERATION MANAGER

IM Health is looking for a creative, energetic and data-driven B2B & B2C marketer to join our high-growth software company as a Demand Generation Marketing Manager.

This role requires familiarity and experience with demand generation and lead management strategies and best practices. This is an ideal position for someone who has played a team role to this point and is ready now for the next step in their career. You want ownership and the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution as part of a team where you’ll be noticed and have the chance to make an impact.

In addition to experiencing rapid growth with a company that is building a reputation in their market, you will build the foundation of our Marketing team.  We are a young startup that is looking to execute on social media, modern digital and content marketing approaches

You will be responsible for developing, executing and deliver innovative outbound campaigns the company as well as to optimize our inbound programs. You will work with the business development team to manage and optimize the lead to opportunity process and complete lead life-cycle. Your work will take projects from concept to implementation, and you’ll measure performance carefully at each stage and make adjustments as needed.  This position is full time and reports to the COO.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership, via creation and execution of demand generation strategy and programs including email campaigns, lead nurturing, website integration, social media and associated tracking and measurement.
  • Complete end-to-end oversight of campaigns and developing and repurposing of outstanding associated content assets (tools, white papers, case studies, best practice “kits,” webinars, video, etc.)
  • Monitoring and analysis of program and campaign performance and making recommendations for optimization and growth
  • Establish and monitor automated marketing metrics and reporting. Help position the company to scale
  • Working regularly with the management team, (including internal and external resources) to achieve goals
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders including the sales, our coaching team to build programs to meet business objectives

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience creating and executing integrated outbound lead/demand generation campaigns with a successful track record of measurable results.
  • A good understanding of lead management processes and best practices
  • Experience supporting and collaborating with sales executives
  • B2B & B2C software or technology  marketing experience
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and web analytics tools (Marketo & SFDC a plus)
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual and creative problem solving skills
  • Superior communication skills
  • Passionate about making an impact on revenue
  • Strong team orientation
  • 3+ years’ experience with a demand generation/inbound marketing team or role
  • 4 year college degree
  • Must already be located in the greater Boston area.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE / ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

As a Business Development /Account Executive, you will work closely with the COO to identify and develop net new sales opportunities.

Job Description

  • This role is focused on closing new business opportunities.
  • Perform outbound target account profiling and prospecting
  • Diligently research prospect companies via websites, news sources, and CRM-documented activity
  • Ensure prompt and diligent follow-up to leads sourced from our marketing’s outbound programs
  • Effectively qualify opportunities based on understanding of IM Health’ unique strengths and target market
  • Map decision making unit members’ challenges in order to build value around the IM Health platform and our Unique Selling Points
  • Engage effectively with CFO’s, HR Managers, Benefit Executives. Collaborate effectively with the management team
  • Use  CRM to plan and document all activities

Desired Skills, Attributes & Experience

  • 4 year college degree
  • 3-5+ years sales calling on CFO’s and Benefit areas is a major plus.
  • Experience in a B2B environment and selling healthcare software
  • Personable, outgoing and friendly with excellent active listening skills
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident, assertive self-starter who is extremely organized and goal driven
  • Ability to learn and think quickly
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web-applications
  • Familiarity with  CRM
  • Experience/understanding of Self Funded Organizations a big plus
