Support

I-M Health provide the following support for the I-M Health System;

  1. A 24 hour,  7 day a week e-mail help desk for software support, addressing any connectivity or system problems.

  2. A "Clinical Protocol" book that explains the physical tests and shows the order in which to run the physical tests, so that you can maximize the efficiency of your time within the clinic, and ensure that high standards are achieved.

  3. If the clinic chosses not to purchase their own equipment, I-M Health can provide the equipment required to capture physiological data. 

  4. Updates to the biomarker and visualization software and advice and guidance.

  5. Marketing materials can be provided to help your clinic market I-M Health to your patients. Marketing materials include: leaflets, posters, and advertisements.
