Reports

One of the most powerful features of the I-M Health system is the reporting functions and graphical representations of the patients results provided in the printed reports.  I-M Health provides two full reports, the first report is the Advice and Guidance report, and the second report is the Results report.

Advice and Guidance Report

The Advice and Guidance report provides advice and guidance for Biomarkers and General Health indicators.  Illustrated below is one page of the report.  The report shows the patient name, the examination date, a visual representation of the result, the Advice Details, including the advice, advice brand, quantity, the dates the advice is to be taken, treatment notes, patient notes, application details, frequency details, and advice notes for the biomarker.

Results Reports

The I-M Health Results reports provide a number of graphical represented images that enable the health care professional to easily understand the current state of health of the patient. 

The first of the representations is the Body Map.  The Body Map provides a picture of the Body with colours marked representing the corresponding biological to chronological age of the patient. 

 

The second of the graphical representations is the Scatter Graph.

This graph shows an instant overview of the patients biomarker results.  The red line represents the patients Chronological Age, the results for each Biomarker is represented on the graph, colour co-ordinated with the Body Map Legend. 

The results above the red line indicate a Biological Age higher than the Chronological Age, the results below the red line represent an age lower than the Chronological Age.

The third part of the report is the display of the results for the Biomarkers and General Health Indicators. 

The forth part of the report is a graphical representations of the results on a line graph, in this graph, I-M Health display the result name, the range of the test, the minimum and maximum applicable to the test, the actual result, and on the Biomarker result page, I-M health show the Biological age in colour and the results as a number.  A similar report is produced for the General health Indicators.

The final part of the Results Report is the Biomarker Notes page.  I-M Health provide a brief overview of each of the tests taken by the patient, notes are also provided for the General Health Indicators.
